Evaluating Pi

Geometry




The basic objective is that viewer should get intuition of the idea behind Pi and how it was evaluated first, many years ago. How can we start from a simple polygon (triangle) and using it getting the value of such an amazing transcendental number "Pi", by increasing the sides of polygon to a really large number. The main tool used to make this is basic geometry and some elementary trigonometry identities and combining all of these in manim to get a really satisfying animation which gives the idea of Pi and how it can be evaluated
